摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CuFe_(2)O_(4)尖晶石型铁氧体催化剂用于催化湿式氧化煤化工废水膜浓缩液,并运用XRD,BET,SEM等手段对其进行了表征。将CuFe_(2)O_(4)尖晶石型铁氧体催化剂用于催化湿式氧化煤化工废水膜浓缩液,结果表明,pH=3,双氧水投加量为5 mL/L,反应温度为160℃,反应压力为1.5 MPa,催化剂投加量为1.2 g/L时,反应60 min后煤化工废水膜浓缩液的COD和UV_(254)(酚类化合物)去除率分别为87.3%,97.1%。
The CuFe_(2)O_(4) spinel ferrite catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method,and Fe-Cu catalyst was characterized and analyzed by XRD,BET,SEM etc.CuFe_(2)O_(4) spinel ferrite catalyst was used for catalytic wet oxidation of coal chemical wastewater membrane concentrate.The results showed that the COD and UV_(254)(phenolic compounds)removal efficiency of coal chemical wastewater membrane concentrates reached 87.3%and 97.1%,respectively,after 60 min of reaction,under the condition of initial pH=3,hydrogen peroxide dosage of 5 mL/L,the reaction temperature of 160℃reaction pressure of 1.5 MPa,and catalyst dosage of 1.2 g/L.
