急诊科介入叙事护理管理模式对护士心理状况、职业倦怠及共情能力的影响分析 被引量:10

Influence of Interventional Narrative Nursing Management Model in Emergency Department on Nurses'Psychological Status,Job Burnout and Empathy Ability

摘要 目的观察急诊科实施叙事护理管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月—2021年3月该院急诊科在职护理人员56名,根据时间不同分为对照组(2019年3月—2020年3月)和观察组(2020年4月—2021年3月),对照组采取传统护理管理模式,观察组采取叙事护理管理模式,对比两段时期护理人员心理状况、共情能力以及职业倦怠感。结果观察组护理人员心理能力、心理品格、自我适应、环境适应、心理动力等心理素质状况评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员观点采择、情感护理、换位思考等共情能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员在情绪耗竭、去人性化方面评分显著低于对照组,个人成就感方面评分显著高于对照组,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科内应用叙事护理管理模式可有效改善护理人员心理状况、提高护理人员共情能力、降低护理人员职业倦怠感。 Objective To observe the application effect of implementing narrative nursing management model in emergency department.Methods A total of 56 on-the-job nurses in the emergency department of the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to different time,they were divided into control group(March 2019 to March 2020)and observation group(April 2020 to March 2021).The control group adopted the traditional nursing management model,and the observation group adopted the narrative nursing management model.The psychological status,empathy ability and job burnout of nursing staff were compared between the two periods.Results The psychological quality scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,such as psychological ability,psychological character,self-adaptation,environmental adaptation,and psychological motivation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of empathy ability of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization of the staff in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of personal accomplishment were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing management model in emergency department can effectively improve the psychological status of nursing staff,improve the empathy ability of nursing staff,and reduce the job burnout of nursing staff.
