摘要
目的分析血液透析患者护理管理中应用IKAP理论的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月该院19名护理人员作为研究对象,依据不同时间节点所应用的管理办法不同进行分组,常规组在2020年1—7月进行常规管理;研究组在2020年8月—2021年2月采取IKAP理论管理。对两组管理效果评分、管理办法评分以及管理满意度进行对比。结果研究组管理效果、管理办法各项指标评分以及管理满意度优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者管理中运用IKAP管理理论,在提高管理效果、管理满意度方面有着积极影响,同时该管理方法评分更高,认可度更高,在提升科室管理水平方面应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the value of applying IKAP theory in the nursing management of hemodialysis patients.Methods 19 nurses in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to the management methods applied at different time nodes.The routine group was under routine management from January to July 2020;the study group adopted IKAP theory management from August 2020 to February 2021.The management effect score,management method score and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The management effect,management methods,index scores and management satisfaction of the study group were better than those of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of IKAP management theory in the management of hemodialysis patients has a positive impact on improving the management effect and management satisfaction.At the same time,the management method has a higher score and a higher recognition degree,and has a significant application value in improving the management level of the department.
