摘要
玉米全程机械化是玉米产业转变发展方式、实现高质量发展的重要途径,玉米生产机械化装备是实现玉米全程机械化的根本保障。介绍玉米全程机械化现状,从耕整地、种植、田间管理和收获环节对比分析国内外玉米生产机械化装备的进展情况,明确我国玉米机械化发展的薄弱环节,针对玉米全程机械化生产、农机装备关键技术、农机农艺融合、装备产业发展等方面存在的问题,提出补短板、攻核心、强智能、抓协同、促提升的发展思路和对策建议,为促进我国玉米生产机械化装备技术进步、转型升级和玉米全程机械化水平提升提供借鉴和参考。
Full mechanization of maize production is an important way to transform the development mode and realize high quality development of maize industry.Equipment for full mechanization of maize production is the basic support to realize full mechanization.This paper introduced the current situation of the maize full-mechanized production in China,compared and analyzed the industrial status of equipment at home and abroad from aspects of tillage,planting,field management and harvesting.The weak links in the development of maize mechanization in China were clarified.In view of the problems existing in the full-mechanized production of maize,the key technology of agricultural machinery,the integration of agricultural machinery and agronomy,and the development of equipment industry,the industrial development ideas and suggestions were put forward.These suggestions could provide reference for promoting the technological progress of China’s maize production equipment,and improve mechanization level for maize production.
