新冠肺炎疫情期间由援鄂医疗队主导的“院际”护理管理模式的构建与实践 被引量:2

Construction and practice of the"inter-hospital"nursing management model led by the medical team assisting Hubei during the COVID-19 epidemic

摘要 目的援鄂医疗队通过在新冠肺炎定点医院构建“院际”护理管理模式,实现了援鄂医疗队之间、援鄂医疗队与定点医院之间的院际护理工作协同管理。方法2020年1月28日—3月14日,某地级市综合性三甲医院派出医疗队支援新冠肺炎定点医院。针对援鄂医疗队面临的问题,通过快速分析和调研,在工作结构上进行“三个整合”,工作方法上运用“三个结合”,工作环境上做到“三个配合”,构建了可复制、可推广的外援护理团队在新冠肺炎定点医院的护理工作模式。结果该援鄂医疗队在新冠肺炎定点医院援助期间,共护理新冠肺炎确诊患者339人,未发生护理不良事件或并发症。实现了援鄂医疗队不同专业的队员之间、多个援鄂医疗队之间、援鄂医疗队与定点受援医院之间、医疗队与社会志愿者之间的“3+1”融合与协作。结论援鄂医疗队通过执行“三个三”方案快速缓解了新冠肺炎定点医院的人力紧张,保障了临床护理工作的有序进行,促进了医患关系的和谐发展及医疗队之间的学术交流。 Objective Through the establishment of an"inter-hospital"nursing management model in designated hospitals for COVID-19 by the medical team assisting Hubei,the collaborative management of inter-hospital nursing work between the medical teams assisting Hubei and between the medical teams assisting Hubei and designated hospitals has been realized.Methods From January 28 to March 14,2020,a comprehensive tertiary first-class hospital in a prefecture-level city dispatched a medical team to support the designated hospital for COVID-19.In response to the problems faced by the medical team assisting Hubei,through rapid analysis and research,the"three integrations"were carried out in the work structure,the"three combinations"were used in working methods,and the"three coordinations"were achieved in the working environment,which constructed a replicable and promotable nursing work model for medical teams assisting designated hospitals for COVID-19.Results This medical team assisting Hubei has cared for 339 patients diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia during the period of assistance in the designated hospital for COVID-19,and no adverse nursing events or complications has occurred.The"3+1"integration and cooperation among members of different specialties of the medical team assisting Hubei,among multiple medical teams assisting Hubei,between the medical teams assisting Hubei and the designated recipient hospitals,and between the medical team and social volunteers have been realized.Conclusion Through the implementation of the"three three"plan,the manpower tension of the designated hospitals for COVID-19 was quickly relieved by the medical team assisting Hubei,which ensured the orderly progress of clinical nursing work,and promoted the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship and academic exchanges between medical teams.
