摘要
针对现有变电站智能告警系统中存在的问题,设计了一种基于关联分析算法(FP-growth)的智能告警信号系统,该系统中提出利用数据采集与监视控制系统进行数据采集、监测管理、测量、参数调节以及信号报警,FP-growth算法将数据进行分类、分等级,此系统中将告警信号分为3个等级:紧急告警、一般告警和提示告警,实现了变电站告警信号事件化。实验表明,该告警系统对故障检测在迭代次数为1469次时准确率高达100%,并且损失函数值低至4.37e~0.5。因此,该告警系统在将来的发展中有一定的应用价值。
Aiming at the deficiencies in the existing substation intelligent alarm system,an intelligent alarm signal system based on the correlation analysis algorithm,Frequent Pattern(FP-growth)is designed.Supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)is used for data acquisition,monitoring management,measurement,parameter adjustment,and signal alarms.The FP-growth algorithm classifies the data into levels.In this system,the alarm signals are divided into three levels:emergency alarms,general alarms and prompt alarms.It realizes the eventualization of substation alarm signals.Experiments have shown that the accuracy of the alarm system for fault detection is as high as 100%when the number of iterations is 1469,and the loss function value is as low as 4.37e-0.5.Therefore,the alarm system has certain application value in the future development.
