摘要
为探究低温环境对船舶舾装材料声学性能的影响,以敷设铝箔玻璃棉的模拟舱室为研究对象,开展不同温度下模拟舱室隔声性能研究,给出了声源白噪声激励和风机激励下不同温度、湿度梯度模拟舱室隔声性能测试结果。在此基础上,基于统计能量法,以铝箔玻璃棉微观声学性能测试结果为输入参数,开展了模拟舱室隔声效果仿真计算,验证了铝箔对模拟舱室隔声量的影响效果。结果表明,铝箔玻璃棉在低温下的隔声性能优于常温,且隔声效果随频率升高差异更加显著。
In order to explore the influence of low temperature environment on the acoustic performance of ship outfitting materials,taking the simulated cabin with aluminum foil glass wool as the research object,the sound insulation performance of simulated cabin under different temperatures is studied,and the test results of sound insulation performance of simulated cabin under different temperature and humidity gradients excited by sound source white noise and fan are given.On this basis,based on the statistical energy method,taking the micro acoustic performance test results of aluminum foil glass wool as the input parameters,the simulation calculation of sound insulation effect of simulated cabin is carried out to verify the effect of aluminum foil on sound insulation of simulated cabin.The results show that the sound insulation performance of aluminum foil glass wool at low temperature is better than that at room temperature,and the difference is more significant with the increase of frequency.
