摘要
为改善合成革材料的韧性、疏水性、耐磨性及回弹性,保障在运动过程中的人身安全,以改性凹凸棒土为填料制备了合成革,进行了性能测试分析,同时对其在篮球中的应用进行了分析。结果表明,相较于传统合成革材料,基于改性凹凸棒土的合成革材料的撕裂强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、杨氏弹性模量,以及邵氏硬度相对较高,所耗用的吸水时间较短,说明合成革材料柔软性、韧性、弹性良好,不易变形,且耐磨性与吸汗性优异。
In order to improve the toughness, hydrophobicity, wear resistance and resilience of synthetic leather materials and ensure personal safety in the process of sports, synthetic leather was prepared with the aid of modified attapulgite, and its performance was tested and analyzed. The application of prepared synthetic leather in basketball was analyzed. The results show that compared with the traditional synthetic leather materials, the synthetic leather materials based on modified attapulgite have relatively high tear strength, tensile strength, elongation at break, Young’s modulus of elasticity and shore hardness, and the water absorption time is relatively short, indicating that the synthetic leather materials have good softness, toughness, elasticity, not easy deformation, and excellent wear resistance and water absorption.
