摘要
某油田采出水经处理后回注到地层,目前水处理站面临着微生物超标、管道腐蚀结垢严重、药剂加量不足、现场设备清洁周期较短等问题,针对这些问题,对某油田水处理站进行了回注水水质数据分析,同时对各处理单元的设备运行情况进行了现场调研,提出的解决方案主要如下:建议使用多种杀菌技术结合的方法对回注水进行杀菌处理;添加阻垢剂和定期清理来解决管道结垢问题;添加缓蚀剂来解决管道腐蚀问题。
The produced water of an oil field is reinjected into the formation after treatment.At present,the water treatment station is faced with problems such as excessive microorganisms,serious pipeline corrosion and scaling,insufficient dosage of chemicals and short cleaning cycle of field equipment.In view of these problems,the reinjection water quality data of an oil field water treatment station is analyzed,and the equipment operation of each treatment unit is investigated.The proposed solutions are as follows:It is suggested to use a combination of multiple sterilization technologies to sterilize the reinjection water;Add scale inhibitor and clean regularly to solve the problem of pipeline scaling;Add corrosion inhibitor to solve the problem of pipeline corrosion.
