摘要
目的:探究经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)患者应用以快优康复为导向护理对压疮发生率、舒适度及预后的影响。方法:回顾分析我院2020年2月—2021年8月收治的68例TURP患者临床资料,按入院顺序将其分组,对照组(n=34例)采用常规护理干预,观察组(n=34例)采用以快优康复为导向护理干预,对比两种护理方式的差异性。结果:观察组压疮等并发症发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(26.47%),P<0.05;观察组舒适度GCQ评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组尿管拔除时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:TURP患者应用以快优康复为导向护理可明显提高治护期间舒适度,降低压疮、膀胱痉挛等并发症风险,改善预后。
Objective:To explore the effect of quick and excellent rehabilitation oriented nursing on the incidence,comfort and prognosis of pressure ulcers in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods:The clinical data of 68 TURP patients admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=34 cases)received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=34 cases)received fast-optimal rehabilitation oriented nursing intervention,and the difference between the two nursing methods was compared.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcers and other complications in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than that in the control group(26.47%),P<0.05;GCQ score of comfort in observation group was higher than that in control group,P<0.05;The time of catheter removal,first exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:For TURP patients,quick and excellent rehabilitation oriented nursing can significantly improve the comfort level during treatment and nursing,reduce the risk of complications such as pressure ulcers and bladder spasm,and improve the prognosis.
