摘要
近年来,国内土壤污染事件层出不穷,其中影响力最大的便是重金属污染问题。主要表现为镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)等重金属污染,部分地区还存在铊(TI)、猛(Mn)、硒(Se)等重金属污染情况,重金属污染对土壤及生态造成的危害非常大,甚至会影响食品安全。微生物技术是一种极具安全性、高效性的修复技术,在重金属污染土壤修复中已得到广泛运用。本文便以此展开研究,探讨微生物技术在重金属污染土壤修复中的具体应用、影响因素,并提出相关发展趋势,以供参考。
In recent years,domestic soil pollution incidents have emerged one after another.Among them,the most influential issue is heavy metal pollution.Mainly manifested as cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),zinc(Zn),copper(Cu)and other heavy metal pollution.In some areas,heavy metal pollution such as thallium(TI),manganese(Mn)and selenium(Se)still exists.Pollution causes great harm to soil and ecology,and even affects food safety.Microbial technology is a very safe and efficient remediation technology,which has been widely used in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.This article will start research on this,discuss the specific application and influencing factors of microbial technology in the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil,and put forward relevant development trends for reference.
