摘要
为推动我国自然生态环境建设,实现可持续发展,提高水土保持工作的科学性与合理性,分析了土地流失的危害,指出了水土保持在生态环境保护中的重要意义和作用。其有利于保障民生,保障基础事业安全性,减少自然灾害发生,保护人们生命财产安全,促进可持续发展,有利于生态文明建设。提出了加强水土保持工作的有效路径:提高对水土保持工作的重视,引进先进技术,提高综合治理能力,强化监督管理,优化完善管理体系,因地制宜加强治理。应不断完善水土保持工作,优化自然生态环境保护措施,将水土保持与自然生态环境保护相结合,实现人与自然的和谐发展。
In order to promote the construction of natural ecological environment in China,realize sustainable development and improve the scientificity and rationality of soil and water conservation,this paper analyzes the harm of land loss,and points out the important significance and role of soil and water conservation in ecological environment protection.It is conducive to ensuring people’s livelihood,ensuring the safety of basic undertakings,reducing natural disasters,protecting people’s lives and property,promoting sustainable development and the construction of ecological civilization.The effective ways to strengthen soil and water conservation are put forward,i.e.to pay more attention to soil and water conservation,introduce advanced technology,improve comprehensive treatment ability,strengthen supervision and management,optimize and improve management system,and strengthen treatment according to local conditions.We should constantly improve water and soil conservation,optimize natural ecological environment protection measures,combine water and soil conservation with natural ecological environment protection,and realize the harmonious development of man and nature.
