摘要
为了提高水质环境监测质量和效率,做好微生物检测,分析了水质环境监测中微生物检测质量的影响因素,包括检测设备因素、检测人员因素、检测环境因素等。提出了微生物检测质量控制措施:应做好水质微生物样品采集、实验系统、检测操作、检测评价、检测整体质量控制,实现对水质的科学监测,确保水质环境监测结果的准确性,为水质微生物检测提供参考。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of water quality environmental monitoring and do well in microbial detection,the influencing factors of microbial detection quality in water quality environmental monitoring are analyzed,including detection equipment factors,detection personnel factors,detection environmental factors and so on.The quality control measures of microbial detection are put forward,i.e.we should do well in the overall quality control of water quality microbial sample collection,experimental system,detection operation,detection evaluation and detection,so as to realize the scientific monitoring of water quality,ensure the accuracy of water quality environmental monitoring results,and provide reference for water quality microbial detection.
