基于离散弗雷歇距离的S700K道岔转辙机故障诊断

摘要 S700K型转辙机被广泛运用于高速铁路道岔的转向过程,高铁运行安全对转辙机的维护要求越来越高。针对转辙机出现故障时难以准确判断故障类型这一难题,以提高故障诊断的简捷性和准确性为目标,根据弗雷歇距离和空间两曲线之间相似度的逻辑关系,提出一种利用弗雷歇距离诊断S700K故障类型的方法。首先获取典型S700K道岔转辙机故障曲线进行分类后建立各类故障的功率曲线模板。其次对待测故障功率曲线和各类故障模板曲线进行比较计算出弗雷歇距离,匹配与待测曲线距离最近的故障模板曲线将其对应的故障类型作为输出。最后采集上海铁路局某车站微机监测系统得到的S700K转辙机典型故障曲线实例验证文章提出的故障诊断方法诊断结果的正确性。 S700K switching machine is widely used in the steering process of high-speed railway and more and more high-speed railway switching machine is required for safe operation and maintenance. In order to improve the simplicity and accuracy of fault diagnosis for S700K switching machine, a method of fault diagnosis for S700K switching machine based on Frechet distance is proposed according to the logical relationship between Frechet distance and similarity between two curves. Firstly, the typical fault curves of S700K switching machine are obtained and classified, and then the power curve templates of various faults are established. Secondly, according to the Frechet distance between the S700K fault power curve to be tested and all kinds of template curves, the corresponding similarity is calculated, and the fault template curve with the highest similarity to the curve to be tested is collected, and the fault type of the template curve is taken as the output result.Finally, the typical fault curve of S700K switch machine obtained from a station computer monitoring system of Shanghai Railway Administration is collected to verify the correctness of the fault diagnosis method proposed in this paper.
