摘要
纪检工作是国有企业“大监督体系”的重要组成部分,关系到国有企业党风廉政建设成效以及整体发展质量。在党中央的指导下,国有企业纪检工作机制逐步完善,大幅度提升执纪水平。但就现阶段而言,部分国有企业的纪检工作仍然存在问题,需进一步加强国有企业的纪检工作。因此,国有企业要依据国家纪检工作的整体要求,结合企业发展现状,持续优化和完善纪检工作体制机制,深入履行监督执纪等各项职能。基于此,论文对强化国有企业纪检工作的意义进行介绍,对国有企业纪检工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出强化纪检工作的针对性策略。
Disciplinary inspection work is an important part of the"big supervision system"of state-owned enterprises,which is related to the effectiveness of building good conduct and political integrity and the overall development quality of state-owned enterprises.Under the guidance of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the disciplinary inspection work mechanism of state-owned enterprises has been gradually improved and the level of disciplinary implementation has been greatly improved.However,at this stage,there are still problems existing in the disciplinary inspection work of some state-owned enterprises,and it is necessary to further strengthen the disciplinary inspection work of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,state-owned enterprises should continuously optimize and improve the disciplinary inspection work system and mechanism according to the overall requirements of the national disciplinary inspection work and the development status of enterprises,and deeply perform various functions such as supervision and disciplinary implementation.Based on this,the paper introduces the significance of strengthening the disciplinary inspection work of state-owned enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the disciplinary inspection work of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward targeted strategies to strengthen the disciplinary inspection work.
