摘要
研究了纤维掺量、石英砂粒径对纤维增韧水泥基复合材料流变性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:通过纤维掺量与石英砂粒径的调整可以制备出早期韧性与延性优良,稳态开裂效果明显,28 d抗压强度、弹性模量分别达到90 MPa、30 GPa的高强纤维增韧水泥基复合材料;纤维掺量增大使得新拌浆体呈现出剪切变稀趋势,而石英砂粒径减小,则呈现出剪切增稠趋势;石英砂粒径较纤维掺量对试样力学性能影响显著,200目石英砂使得试样抗折强度出现降低的龄期由28 d延伸至60 d;微观分析发现试样中存在纤维磨损拔出及与附着产物一同拔出两种形式,且体系中石英砂粒径减小可以改善其界面过渡区性能。
The effects of fiber content and quartz sand particle size on rheological properties,mechanical properties of fiber reinforced cementitious composites were studied.The results showed that high strength fiber reinforced cementitious composites with excellent toughness and stable cracking effect at early stage can be obtained by adjusting the fiber content and particle size of quartz sand.The compressive strength and elastic modulus of the specimen reached 90 MPa,30 GPa respectively curing up to 28 days.With the increase of fiber content,the rheological properties of fresh paste showed shear thinning trend,while the grain size of quartz sand decreased,and the rheological properties changed to shear thickening trend.The particle size of quartz sand compared with fiber content has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the specimen.The age at which the flexural strength began to decrease changed from 28 d to 60 d due to the 200-mesh quartz sand.Microscopic analysis found that abrasion pull-out and pull-out with adhesive products of fiber exist together in the specimen.And the performance of quartz sand interface transition zone was improved with the decreasing of particle size in the system.
