摘要
目的探讨血脂异常与冠心病关联中白介素-6(Interleukin 6,IL-6)的中介效应。方法本研究共纳入病例1305例,其中冠心病病例532例,对照组773例。采用中介效应模型分析血脂异常与冠心病关联中IL-6的中介效应。结果IL-6水平具有中介效应(中介效应值为0.021,95%CI:0.001~0.051),中介效应占比为4.79%。结论炎症因子IL-6在血脂异常与冠心病的关联中发挥部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of IL-6 on the association between dyslipidemia and coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods A total of 1305 subjects were enrolled in the study,including 532 CAD cases and 773 controls.Mediating effect model was used to analyze the mediating effect of IL-6 on the association between dyslipidemia and CAD.Results IL-6 level was related to both dyslipidemia and CAD,and IL-6 had mediating effect on the correlation between dyslipidemia and CAD,with the mediating effect value of 0.021(95%CI:0.001-0.051),accounting for 4.79%.of total effects.Conclusions Inflammatory factor IL-6 plays a partial role in the mediating effect on the association between dyslipidemia and CAD.
