摘要
通过对SMA-8配合比的设计及路用性能的研究,为某新建高速公路工程SMA-8应用提供参考经验。2.5 cm厚度的SMA-8上面层可减轻桥面荷载及减小对隧道净空的影响,达到提升路面性能、节约优质集料以及实现桥梁轻量化的目的。SMA-8沥青混合料高温稳定性、水稳定性、密水性和抗滑性能良好,在桥隧铺筑工程具有较好的应用前景,可在新建高速公路工程上面层推广应用。
Studying the mixture ratio design and road performance of SMA-8 to provide the reference experience for its application in a new expressway project.The SMA-8 surface with a thickness of 2.5 cm can lighten the bridge deck load and reduce the influence on the tunnel clearance to reach the goals of improving the road performance,saving high quality aggregates and realizing the lightweight bridge.The SMA-8 asphalt mixture has good high temperature stability,water stability,water tightness and skid resistance,so it has a good application prospect in bridge and tunnel paving engineering,which can be promoted and applied in the surface of new expressway engineering.
