摘要
目的:使用圆利针配合智能IQ脉冲枪对足底筋膜炎进行治疗并观察疗效。方法:选取70例患者,按照随机的方式平均分成对照组和治疗组。其中,用常规的针刺疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,而治疗组患者给予圆利针和智能IQ脉冲枪治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)和美国足与踝关节外科协会评分量表(American Orthopedic Foot Andankle Society,AOFAS)评估两组患者干预前和干预后的评分。结果:治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、AOFAS评分均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:圆利针配合智能IQ脉冲枪治疗足底筋膜炎可有效缓解疼痛,改善患足功能,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective:Plantar fasciitis was treated with round sharp needle plus intelligent IQ pulse gun,and the effects were observed.Methods:70 cases were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,and the cases in the two groups were average.The patients in the control group were treated by conventional acupuncture therapy,while the patients in the treatment group were treated with round sharp needle plus intelligent IQ pulse gun.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score and AOFAS score after treatment in the two groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Round sharp needle plus intelligent IQ pulse gun on plantar fasciitis can effectively relieve pain,improve the function of the affected foot,and improve the quality of life of patients.
