摘要 【目的】筛选出适合张家界市推广种植的砷低积累水稻品种,为该区域砷污染稻田的安全利用提供品种支撑,并建立砷低积累水稻品种筛选评价方法提供参考。【方法】采用田间小区试验,比较分析2019—2021年不同水稻品种砷吸收积累、转运及富集系数的差异。【结果】水稻稻米及茎叶砷含量均存在显著的品种间和年份间差异,水稻砷转运系数TF_(As)(糙米砷含量/稻草砷含量)和富集系数BCF_(As-T)(稻米砷含量/土壤总砷含量)也均存在显著的品种间和年份间差异,而富集系数BCF_(As-A)(稻米砷含量/土壤有效态砷含量)仅存在显著的品种间差异;稻米砷含量受环境影响明显,以富集系数BCF_(As-A)作为筛选指标可有效降低环境因素引起的误差。【结论】基于BCF的BCF_(As-A)是砷低积累水稻品种的较优筛选指标,通过该指标筛选出P5、P14、P21、P24、P26、P28、P35和P38共8个砷低积累水稻品种。 【Objective】The aim of this study was to screen rice varieties with low arsenic accumulation suitable for safe utilization of regional arsenic-contaminated rice fields,and provide a reference for establishing the screening and evaluation method of rice varieties with low arsenic accumulation.【Method】This experiment was conducted to analyze the differences of arsenic absorption,accumulation,transport and enrichment coefficients of different rice varieties from 2019 to 2021 by field plot experiment.【Result】The arsenic of paddy rice and stem leaf was significant difference between varieties and year,and so was of the rice arsenic transfer coefficient and enrichment coefficient BCF_(As-T) which was the ratio of arsenic content in rice to total arsenic content in soil.There was significant difference between varieties of the enrichment coefficient BCF_(As-A) which was the ratio of arsenic content in rice to available arsenic content in soil.Arsenic content in rice was obviously affected by environment,and the enrichment coefficient BCF_(As-A) could effectively reduce the error caused by environmental factors.【Conclusion】The index of BCF_(As-A) was suited for rice varieties screening with low arsenic accumulation based on BCF,and eight rice varieties(P5,P14,P21,P24,P26,P28,P35 and P38)with low arsenic accumulation were screened with screening condition of BCF_(As-A).
