摘要
在疫情的影响下,中国快递行业在短的暂停后迅速发展。并且,在2020年,中国物流行业的快递量增长至830亿件,增速达到30.7%,较2019年上升5.4个百分点。一系列的智能化信息技术,例如Kiva技术、物联网、无人仓技术等,在我国得到很好的利用。未来的时代是信息化、智能化的时代,智能信息技术将不再是一些国家或行业的特权,它会应用到各行、各业,会进一步地改进与发展。其中,在物流分拣过程中,已有智能分拣机器人,但仍需要劳动力。经过分析,根据操作终端的问题,融入实时系统的语音识别功能。两者相结合,可更好地解放人的双手,加快工作效率。本文阐述初期物流智能拣货的主要痛点,并提出基于语音识别的智能拣货方案,语音识别与智能拣货二者有机结合的技术,通过科学合理地操作,从较好的识别性能出发,可提高物流分拣效率,提高劳动利用率,给予物流企业更大收益。
Under the influence of the epidemic situation,China’s express delivery industry developed rapidly after a short pause.Moreover,in 2020,the express delivery volume of China’s logistics industry will increase to 83 billion pieces,with a growth rate of 30.7%,up 5.4 percentage points from 2019.A series of intelligent information technologies,such as Kiva technology,Internet of Things,unmanned warehouse technology and so on,have been well used in China.The future era is the era of informatization and intellectualization.Intelligent information technology will no longer be the privilege of some countries or industries,but it will be applied to all walks of life and further improved and developed.Among them,in the process of logistics sorting,there are intelligent sorting robots,but labor is still needed.After analysis,according to this problem of the operating terminal,the voice recognition function of the real-time system is integrated.The combination of the two can better liberate the people’s hands and speed up work efficiency.This paper expounds the pain points of early intelligent picking in logistics,and puts forward the intelligent picking scheme based on voice recognition,the technology of organic combination of voice recognition and intelligent picking,reasonable operation,starting from better recognition performance,can improve logistics sorting efficiency,improve labor utilization rate and give logistics enterprises greater benefits.
