Effects of rehabilitation training based on the theory of goal attainment on postoperative hope level and quality of social relationship in patients with rectal cancer

摘要目的探讨基于达标理论的康复训练对直肠癌术后患者希望水平和社会关系质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月间西安大兴医院收治的74例直肠癌手术治疗患者,按照护理干预方式不同分为研究组40例和对照组34例。对照组患者采用常规直肠癌围术期护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上采用基于达标理论的康复训练,比较两组患者干预前后Herth希望量表、社会关系质量量表(SRQS)、自我效能得分及护理满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者希望量表各维度及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者社会关系质量量表各维度及总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,研究组患者自我效能感高水平92.5%,高于对照组的70.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度均分为(91.22±3.29)分,高于对照组的(87.11±4.30)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌术后患者开展基于达标理论的康复训练,有助于提高患者的希望水平,改善其社会关系质量,提高自我效能,和谐医患关系。 Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation training based on the theory of goal attainment on hope level and social relationship in patients with rectal cancer after operation.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,74 patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Xi’an Daxing Hospital were selected.They were divided into an experimental group(40 patients)and a control group(34 patients)according to the nursing interventions they received.The experimental group received rehabilitation training based on the theory of goal attainment and the control group received perioperative routine care.The Herth hope scale score,social relations quality scale(SRQS)score,self-efficacy score and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,Hope scale scores and social relationship quality scale scores in different dimensions and the overall scores were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After intervention,the high level of self-efficacy was 92.5%in the experimental group which was higher than 70.6%of the control group(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 91.22±3.29 in the experimental group which was higher than 87.11±4.30 of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training based on the theory of goal attainment can help to improve postoperative hope level,quality of social relations and patient self-efficacy,and promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship in patients with rectal cancer.
