摘要
作为一名存在主义教育思想家,雅斯贝尔斯有着自成体系的教育思想,他的大学教学理念是重要一维。雅斯贝尔斯认为,大学要培养“整全人”,就应该关注学生的精神性成长,将“生成”作为学生的最终旨归。因而,雅斯贝尔斯提倡“生成性教学”的大学教学理念,即“作为复杂性关系的交往、作为本真性阐释的对话、作为启蒙性新生的反讽、作为自我性反思的顿悟、作为习惯性超越的生成”。进而,雅斯贝尔斯认为通过“交往、对话、反讽、顿悟和生成”等五个环环相扣式的大学教学方式,最终才能真正培养出“整全的人”。
As an existentialist educational thinker,Jaspers has his own educational thought.In his rich educational thought,his university teaching idea is an important dimension.Jaspers believes that university cultivates the whole people,and should pay attention to the spiritual growth of stu⁃dents and take“generation”as the ultimate goal of students.Therefore,Jaspers advocates the uni⁃versity teaching idea of“generative teaching”,that is,communication as complex relationship,dia⁃logue as authentic interpretation,irony as enlightening freshmen,epiphany as self-reflection,and generation as habitual transcendence.Through the five interlocking college teaching methods of communication,dialogue,irony,insight and generation,we can really cultivate a complete person in the end.
