摘要
目的评价剖宫产产妇应用背带式缝合术治疗对于产后出血的影响。方法选择该院在2020年8月—2021年8月接诊的90例剖宫产产妇,根据随机数表法分组,对照组与观察组各45例。对照组给予常规止血治疗,观察组应用背带式缝合术治疗,将两组剖宫产产妇的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组术中出血量(311.56±23.63)mL、术后2 h出血量(125.63±26.58)mL和总出血量(646.58±60.52)mL均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.144、16.693、15.620,P<0.05)。观察组手术时间(52.11±15.65)h、麻醉恢复时间(2.33±0.27)h和总住院时间(5.65±1.32)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.435、16.296、5.344,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(2.22%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007)。观察组术后出现大出血、输血、产褥病和子宫切除率(4.44%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=47.407,P<0.001)。结论剖宫产产妇应用背带式缝合术治疗的效果突出,有利于降低产妇出血量,缩短手术时间与恢复时间,有利于改善患者术后并发症和恢复效果,值得在临床中予以推广使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of brace suture for women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean.Methods A total of 90 women with cesarean in the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.45 cases were in the control group and 45 cases were in the observation group.The control group was given conventional hemostatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with brace suture.The treatment effects of women with cesarean in the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss during operation(311.56±23.63)mL,the blood loss 2 h after operation(125.63±26.58)mL and the total blood loss(646.58±60.52)mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.144,16.693,15.620,P<0.05).The operation time(52.11±15.65)h,anesthesia recovery time(2.33±0.27)h and total hospital stay time(5.65±1.32)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.435,16.296,5.344,P<0.05).The incidence of complications(2.22%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.200,P=0.007).The rate of postoperative hemorrhage,blood transfusion,puerperal disease and hysterectomy in the observation group(4.44%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=47.407,P<0.001).Conclusion The treatment effect of brace suture for cesarean is outstanding,which is conductive to reducing maternal blood loss,shortens the operation time and recovery time,and improves the postoperative complications and recovery effect of patients,which is worth promoting for application.
