摘要
为了探究工业污水不同工况下的管内对流换热特性,配制了模拟工业污水,并搭建了污水管内流动换热试验台,对工业污水在紫铜管换热管中的对流换热特性进行试验研究。揭示了工业污水在紫铜管内对流换热系数随雷诺数Re的变化规律,并得到污水侧努谢尔数Nu随雷诺数Re和普朗特数Pr的变化规律,拟合出了换热准则关联式。试验结果表明在3000<R_(e)<7000范围内,工业污水在紫铜换热管中的对流换热系数随着雷诺数Re的增大而增大,流动换热准则关联式为N_(u)=0.00001249R_(e)^(1.773)P_(r)^(0.1496)。
To investigate the convective heat transfer characteristics of industrial sewage under different working conditions,an experimental bench for flow heat transfer in sewage pipes was built to conduct experimental research on the convective heat transfer characteristics of industrial sewage in copper heat exchange tubes with simulated industrial sewage.The variation characteristics of the convective heat transfer coefficient of industrial sewage in the copper tube with Re is revealed,and the variation characteristics of on the sewage side with Re and is obtained,and the heat transfer criterion correlation formula is fitted.The experimental results show that the convective heat transfer coefficient of industrial sewage in the copper heat exchange tube increases with the increase of Re in the range of 3000<R_(e)<7000.The correlation formula of the flow heat transfer criterion is N_(u)=0.00001249R_(e)^(1.773)P_(r)^(0.1496).
