摘要
地震是影响铁路行车安全的自然灾害之一,目前铁路行业尚未应用可在地震后快速计算地震峰值加速度并实现信息发布的系统,因此亟待在地震影响算法、GIS可视化展示和信息发布3个方面开展研究。通过设计、实现2个流程在开源QGIS系统中使用Python开发了一个插件,插件基于铁路地理信息数据,根据地震动峰值加速度衰减关系,实现了地震后快速自动计算铁路影响场并自动发布信息的功能。插件通过稳定性和准确性测试,可为铁路地震分析、应急处置和灾后救援提供数据支撑。
Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that affect railway operation safety.Due to the absence of a system dedicated for railway industry that can quickly calculate the peak ground acceleration and release information after an earthquake takes place,it is urgent to carry out research in 3 aspects:earthquake impact algorithm,GIS visual display,and information release.Through design and implementation of two processes,a plug-in was developed in open source QGIS system using Python.Based on the railway geographic information data and the attenuation relationship of peak ground acceleration,the plug-in can fulfill the functions of rapid estimate of railway impact field and automatic information release after an earthquake.The plug-in has passed stability and accuracy tests,and can provide data support for railway earthquake analysis,emergency response and post-disaster rescue.
