摘要
卫爱武教授在临床工作多年,在治疗复发性流产方面有丰富的临床经验,尤擅长调经种子。作者总结卫爱武教授治疗同种免疫型复发性流产经验,认为该病病机为肾虚血瘀,治疗上以补肾活血,固冲安胎为主,灵活运用中西医结合的方式分孕前调经,促排助孕,孕后安胎三个阶段治疗该病,每获良效。
Professor WEI Aiwu has worked in clinical for many years and has rich clinical experience in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage,and is especially good at regulating menstruation seeds.The author summarizes Professor WEI Aiwu’s experience in treating alloimmune recurrent miscarriage,and believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The three stages of treatment of this disease by promoting ovulation and assisting pregnancy and tocolysis after pregnancy have achieved good results each time.
