摘要
目的针对过敏性哮喘患者实施蒙医药治疗,进而分析临床症状的改善效果,提升转归结局。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月于本院治疗的120例过敏性哮喘患者为对象,以平行对照法为原则分组,对照组和观察组各60例。对照组患者实施西药治疗,观察组患者采用蒙医药治疗,对比治疗成果。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,分别为96.67%和85.00%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的喷嚏、咳嗽、喘鸣、鼻痒评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗3、6个月后,两组患者的喷嚏、咳嗽、喘鸣、鼻痒评分均逐渐降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中观察组患者治疗后3、6个月喷嚏、咳嗽、喘鸣、鼻痒评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用蒙医药治疗法对于过敏性哮喘患者的康复治疗效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective The experiment will treat allergic asthma patients with Mongolian medicine,and then analyze the improvement effect of clinical symptoms and improve the outcome.Methods A total of 120 patients with allergic asthma who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the subjects and grouped according to the principle of parallel control,with 60 cases in the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while patients in the observation group were treated with Mongolian medicine,and the treatment results were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,that was 96.67%and 85.00%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no difference in the scores of sneezing,coughing,wheezing and itchy nose between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the scores of patients in both groups gradually decreased,which was significantly different from those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mongolian medicine therapy is effective in the rehabilitation treatment of allergic asthma patients,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and the adverse reaction rate of patients is low.We should continue to adhere to this strategy and develop it through inheritance and reference.
