摘要
热回收焦炉与传统机焦炉相比,具有不产生“三废”、可多配入无烟煤炼焦等优点。钢铁企业通过建设热回收焦炉,在减少污染物排放的同时,既可生产出满足炼铁高炉所需要的焦炭,又副产出高温蒸汽用于发电,可提高企业自发电比例,为企业创造可观的经济效益。
By comparison with slot type coke oven,the heat recovery coke oven is characterized with no producing “three wastes”( wastewater,waste gases and residues) and maximized using anthracite in coal blending.The steel complex,by using heat recovery coke oven,can not only minimize pollution,but also produce required quality coke for ironmaking,including high temperature steam for power generation,which could increase the proportion of self-generated electricity in enterprises for a considerable economic benefits.
