季调节水电站日水位控制的多目标优选方法——以重庆市江口水电站为例

Multi-objective optimization method of daily water level control for seasonal regulating hydropower station:case of Jiangkou Hydropower Station in Chongqing City

摘要 对于调节能力较弱的水电站,汛期水库水位在月内变幅较大,常规的以月或旬为计算时段的水位控制方式难以滚动调整实时调度过程。为使实时调度能根据水位控制规则合理确定月内下泄流量,在保证防洪安全的前提下提高综合效益,提出了一种综合考虑发电、弃水、调峰的多目标日水位控制方法,即引入最大不弃水概率描述多种来水情景,以水库水位上限反推在不同来水情景下不弃水的最高日水位控制过程,从其中优选符合调度目标的日水位控制过程,并以重庆市江口水电站为例进行了验证。结果表明:采用该方法根据不同日水位控制过程进行模拟调度可以得到满足不同调度要求的日水位控制结果,表明当水电站在不同时期其调度目标发生变化时,该方法能够生成适用于多种调度要求的日水位控制过程,可以有效指导实际调度操作。 For hydropower stations of weak regulation capacity that usually have large variation of reservoir levels in a month during the flood season,it is difficult to realize real time-update operating process by the conventional water level control method that takes month or ten days as the calculation period.In order to determine the intra-month discharge flow reasonably according to the water level control rules,and to improve the comprehensive efficiency while ensuring flood control safety,a multi-objective daily water level control method was proposed by integrating power generation,water abandonment and peak regulation.In the method,the maximum non-abandonment probability is introduced to describe various incoming water processes,and the upper limit of reservoir water level is used to invert the highest daily water level control process without abandonment under different incoming water scenarios.Finally,the daily water level control process that meets the operating objectives can be selected in the water level process set.Taking Jiangkou Hydropower Station in Chongqing City as an example for verification,the results show that the proposed method can give water level control processes that meet various dispatch requirements,indicating that the method can generate daily water level control processes suitable for various operating requirements when the operating objectives change at different times,thus it can effectively guide the actual scheduling operation.
