摘要
针对物料小车自动化水平较低以及在送料途中异常状态频发的现状,基于TIA博途平台、S7-1200PLC、HMI等软件完成小车自动往返控制系统的设计与仿真,包括硬件组态、变量定义、PLC程序设计、触摸屏画面设计及动画设置、PLC与触摸屏联机仿真,构建了物料小车控制系统。系统从物料小车控制的硬件组态入手,提出一种易于实现高效运行和维护的物料小车远程监控系统设计方案、运行状态HMI控制界面的设计,同时加入了小车运行趋势记录以及数据记录,最后进行物料小车控制系统仿真平台仿真。仿真结果表明,提出的物料小车监控系统运行平稳高效、操作方便简单。
In view of the low automation level of the material trolley and the frequent occurrence of abnormal states during the feeding process, the design and simulation of the automatic round-trip control system of the material trolley are completed based on TIA botu platform, S7-1200PLC, HMI and other software, including hardware configuration, variable definition, PLC program design, touch screen picture design and animation setting, PLC and touch screen online simulation, which constructs the material trolley control system. Starting with the hardware configuration of the material trolley control, the system puts forward a design scheme of the remote monitoring system of the material trolley which is easy to realize efficient operation and maintenance, and the design of the operation state HMI control interface. Meanwhile the trolley operation trend records and key data records are added, and finally the material trolley control system simulation platform is simulated. The simulation results show that the proposed material trolley monitoring system runs smoothly and efficiently with convenient and simple operation.
