摘要
为了拓宽聚酰亚胺(PI)基光催化剂的应用范围,并提高催化性能,将纳米银(AgNPs)与PI复合,成功制备了Ag/PI复合光催化剂。通过原位热处理法和离子交换法制备Ag/PI光催化剂,以对硝基苯酚(4-NP)的还原为模型反应,考察其光催化性能。采用FT-IR,XRD,TEM,Mapping,XPS,UV-Vis DRS,PL和EIS等手段分析了Ag/PI光催化剂的结构、组成和光电性质。结果表明,Ag的掺杂大大提高了PI的光吸收能力、光响应范围和光生电子-空穴对的分离效率,Ag/PI光催化剂对4-NP还原反应有较高的催化活性,催化效率远远高于Ag与其他物质复合的催化体系。当采用离子交换法,Ag质量分数为0.5%时,Ag/PI光催化剂的光催化性能最好。Ag/PI光催化剂具有良好的稳定性和可重复使用性。研究提供了一种简便制备PI基高效复合光催化剂的方法。
In order to broaden the application range of polyimide(PI)photocatalysts and improve the catalytic performance,nano-silver(AgNPs)and PI were composited to prepare Ag/PI composite photocatalysts.The Ag/PI photocatalyst was prepared by in-situ heat treatment and ion exchange method,and the photocatalytic performance was investigated with the reduction of p-nitrophenol(4-NP)as a model reaction.FT-IR,XRD,TEM,Mapping,XPS,UV-Vis DRS,PL and EIS were used to analyze the structure,composition and photoelectric properties of the Ag/PI photocatalyst.The results show that the doping of Ag greatly improves the light absorption capacity,light response range and the separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs of PI.The as-prepared composite photocatalyst has higher catalytic activity for 4-NP reduction reaction,and the catalytic efficiency is much higher than that of the catalytic system of Ag and other substances.When the ion exchange method is used and the Ag mass fraction is 0.5%,the photocatalytic performance is the best.The Ag/PI photocatalyst has good stability and reusability.This study provides a simple method to prepare PI-based high-efficiency composite photocatalysts.
