摘要
CO气体作为煤矿开采中对煤矿安全进行判别的主要检测气体,其浓度检测对CO传感器的可靠性及精度均提出了较高的要求。针对CO传感器在矿井使用中受到的干扰因素进行分析,对传感器电路板的耦合路径及接收器布局进行优化,并对信号的传输方式进行改进,以提高CO传感器的抗干扰能力,提高传感器的可靠性及精度。
CO gas is the main detection gas for coal mine safety,and its concentration detection requires high reliability and accuracy of CO sensors.The analysis of the interference factors in the use of CO sensors in mines,the optimization of the coupling path of the sensor circuit board and the layout of the receiver,and the improvement of the signal transmission method,improve the anti-interference ability of CO sensors,improve the reliability and accuracy of sensors.
