摘要
针对重介质旋流器分选环节的复杂、耗时长等问题,基于离散分析方法(DFM)和流体力学(CFD)的耦合方法数值建模分析了重介质旋流器的分选特性,研究发现,煤粒的尺寸和密度决定其在旋流器内部停留时间的长短,并且不同旋流器的几何参数也影响分选环节,当底流口直径为265 mm时,溢流管直径为295 mm时,此时分选指标小于0.1,表示分选效果很好,该方法为重介质旋流器的整装设计提供了一定的参考和指导。
In view of the complex and time-consuming problems of heavy media cyclone,the separation characteristics of heavy media cyclone were analyzed by numerical modeling based on the coupled method of discrete analysis method(DFM)and fluid dynamics(CFD).When the diameter of bottom flow port is 265 mm and the diameter of overflow pipe is 295 mm,the sorting index is less than 0.1,which means the sorting effect is very good.The method provides some reference and guidance for the complete design of heavy media cyclone.
