摘要
金属锡广泛应用于金属镀层、焊接、合金、电子器件以及电气等领域,因其用途广泛,消耗量日益增加,为补充锡矿物资源的匮乏,对微细粒锡石资源进行开发回收显得尤为重要。从锡石资源的特点、选矿工艺、微细粒锡石选矿存在的问题及近年来锡石的选矿工艺和药剂等方面进行了总结,并对锡石浮选工艺与药剂的发展方向提出自己的建议。
Metal tin is widely used in metal coating, welding, alloy, electronic devices and electrical fields, because of its wide use, consumption is increasing, in order to supplement the lack of tin mineral resources, the development and recovery of fine cassiterite resources is particularly important.The characteristics of cassiterite resources, beneficiation process, problems in beneficiation of fine cassiterite, beneficiation process and reagents of cassiterite in recent years are summarized and some suggestions on the development direction of cassiterite flotation process and reagents are put forward.
