摘要
目的研究康复干预应用在老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后的效果。方法回顾性分析64例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组术后进行常规的康复干预,观察组术后在对照组的基础上实施康复干预。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况及康复指标[疼痛评分、Fugl-Meyer评测法(FMA)评分、日常生活活动能力评分]。结果观察组的并发症发生率9.38%明显低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的疼痛评分、FMA评分、日常生活活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者的疼痛评分(1.32±0.22)分、FMA评分(6.45±3.12)分均低于对照组的(2.13±0.37)、(11.08±3.44)分,日常生活活动能力评分(92.30±2.13)分高于对照组的(84.05±2.31)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后通过康复干预可以有效降低并发症的发生几率,减轻疼痛,恢复功能,提升整体生活质量,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation intervention on the elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures after surgery.Methods A total of 64 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation intervention after surgery,while the observation group received rehabilitation intervention on the basis of the control group after surgery.The complication rate and rehabilitation indicators[pain score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,activities of daily living score]were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate 9.38%in the observation group was significantly lower than 37.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in pain score,FMA score and activities of daily living score between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the pain score(1.32±0.22)points and FMA score(6.45±3.12)points of the observation group were lower than(2.13±0.37)and(11.08±3.44)points of the control group,and the activities of daily living score(92.30±2.13)points was higher than(84.05±2.31)points of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation intervention for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric after surgery can effectively reduce the complication rate,relieve pain,restore function,and improve the overall quality of life.It is worth recommending.
