摘要
目的:探讨文献检索结合PBL教学在超声住院医师规范化培训的应用。方法:将文献检索结合PBL教学应用于住培带教中,进行考核及教学满意度调查。结果:实验组理论成绩及对教学方法满意度评价优于对照组(P<0.05),实践技能成绩差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:文献检索结合PBL教学有助于住院医师对理论知识的掌握并提高教学满意度。
Objective:To investigate the value of literature retrieval combined with Problem-Based Learning(PBL)in teaching of ultrasound residents.Methods:A total of 68 ultrasound residents worked in department of ultrasound were selected.The control group(n=36)was given the conventional teaching mode;The observation group(n=32)was given the Literature retrieval combined with PBL teaching mode.After the end of training,the two groups of students were assessed for their theoretical and operational skills,and questionnaires were conducted.Results:The theoretical assessment score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group and more satisfied with the teaching method than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the assessment score of practical skills between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Literature retrieval combined with PBL teaching method is helpful for students to master theoretical knowledge and improve teaching satisfaction.
