摘要
为了降低孤石对盾构机的影响并有效提高盾构机的使用寿命与可靠性,从孤石对盾构机施工的影响角度出发,研究并分析了孤石对盾构机的不利影响。主要介绍了孤石预处理方案及孤石施工处理方法,并以地面袖阀管注浆为例,详细介绍了该方法处理步骤,最后结合目前孤石探测的技术发展现状,总结并归纳了孤石探测方法。
In order to reduce the influence of isolated rocks and effectively improve the service life and reliability of shield machine,the adverse influence of isolated rocks on shield machine construction is studied and analyzed from the perspective of the influence of isolated rocks on shield machine construction.The solitary stone pretreatment scheme and solitary stone construction treatment method are mainly introduced,and the treatment steps of this treatment method are introduced in detail with the ground cuff tube grouting as an example,and finally the solitary stone detection method is summarized and summarized with the current technical development status of solitary stone detection.
