永和县小区域水土保持工程措施设计及效益分析

摘要 根据山西省永和县小区域水土流失、当地社会经济发展现状,在充分调研和听取当地群众意见的基础上,确定了以建设水平梯田为主的水土保持工程措施和水平梯田参数。实际施工后共建设水平梯田372个。水土保持工程措施实施后,预期发挥效益年限为20年,效益期内累计净增收益27658.52万元,每年可拦蓄泥沙3.06万t,集蓄雨水7.45万m^(3),每年增产粮食0.11万t。 On the basis of full investigation and listening to the opinions of the local people,according to the soil erosion in the small area of Yonghe County,Shanxi Province and the current situation of local social and economic development,this paper determines the water and soil conservation engineering measures and parameters of the horizontal terraces.After the actual construction,a total of 372 horizontal terraces were built.After the implementation of the water and soil conservation engineering measures,the expected benefit period is 20 years,and the cumulative net increase during the benefit period is 276,585,200 yuan.It can store 30,600 tons of sediment and 74,500 m^(3) of rainwater each year,and increase the annual grain output by 1,100 tons.
