摘要
受高空、高电压及天气环境等影响,配电网带电断线作业劳动强度较大且作业风险系数高。为解决断线作业问题,设计并研制了一种高压电缆切断装置,围绕装置的主要结构、技术参数、控制系统进行了详细介绍。为控制电机调速时产生的超调量并提高稳定性,引入了模糊比例积分微分(Proportion Integration Differentiation,PID)算法,使得电机在启动时能够获得更好的调速性能。同时,针对传动齿轮的接触疲劳强度进行了分析设计,避免了由于实际齿面接触强度过大以及齿根弯曲疲劳强度过高而导致的轮齿断裂。因为装置需要满足较大的载荷以及需要在高压环境下工作,所以在10 kV高压环境下进行了实验。结果表明:该装置满足设计要求,能够代替人工进行10 kV配网带电断线作业。
Distribution network hot-line work is affected by high altitude, high voltage and weather environment, which has high labor intensity and high operation risk coefficient. In order to solve the problem of wire cut off, article designs and develops a high voltage cable cutting device, and introduces main structure, technical parameters and control system in detail. In order to control the overshoot of motor, incremental fuzzy of Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) algorithm is introduced to make the motor get better speed regulation performance when it starts. The contact fatigue strength of the transmission gear is analyzed and designed to avoid the tooth fracture caused by the excessive contact strength of the actual tooth surface and the excessive bending fatigue strength of the tooth root. Because the device needs to meet the large load and high voltage environment, the experiment was carried out in 10 kV high voltage environment. The results show that the device meets the design requirements and can replace manual operation for live disconnection of 10 kV distribution network.
