Effect of carboprost methylate suppositories combined with oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery

摘要目的探讨卡前列甲酯栓配伍缩宫素预防阴道分娩产后出血的效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2020年12月接收的100例阴道分娩产妇随机分为对照组(n=50,宫缩素)和观察组(n=50,卡前列甲酯栓配伍缩宫素)。比较两组的出血量、不良反应发生情况、凝血功能及氧化应激指标水平。结果观察组产后2、24 h的出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,观察组的PT、APTT显著短于对照组和用药前,FIB水平显著高于对照组和用药前(P<0.05)。用药后,观察组的LPO水平显著低于对照组和用药前,GSH-Px、SOD水平显著高于对照组和用药前(P<0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓配伍缩宫素能减少阴道分娩产后出血量,改善产妇的凝血功能与氧化应激指标水平,且不良反应轻。 Objective To investigate the effect of carboprost methylate suppositories combined with oxytocin on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods One hundred pregnant women with vaginal delivery enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group(n=50,oxytocin)and observation group(n=50,carboprost methylate suppositories combined with oxytocin).The bleeding volume,adverse reactions,levels of coagulation function and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding volume at 2 and 24 h after delivery in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,PT and APTT in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group and before medication,and FIB level was significantly higher than that in the control group and before medication(P<0.05).After medication,LPO level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group and before medication,and the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were significantly higher than those in the control group and before medication(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppositories combined with oxytocin can reduce postpartum hemorrhage volume after vaginal delivery,and improve maternal coagulation function and oxidative stress indexes levels,with mild adverse reactions.
