摘要
目的:探究彩超诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的临床价值及影像学特征。方法:将乳腺肿块患者作为本次研究对象,收治时间为2019年6月至2021年6月,将200例患者按照电脑随机法分组,观察组100例实施彩超诊断,对照组100例实施常规诊断,比较和分析两组诊断效果。结果:观察组良性肿块检出率(炎性包块、乳腺增生、乳腺纤维瘤、囊肿、乳头状瘤)、恶性肿块检出率(导管内癌、乳头状癌、髓样癌、小叶原位癌、浸润性癌)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组在恶性肿块的影像学表现比较中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组灵敏度、特异度、准确性高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:彩超诊断乳腺肿块具有显著的临床价值,能够有效鉴别良恶性,为后期治疗提供重要参考依据,值得研究和推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical value and imaging features of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.Methods:Patients with breast masses were treated from June 2019 to June 2021.200 patients were divided into two groups according to computer random method.100 cases in the observation group were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and 100 cases in the control group were diagnosed by routine diagnosis.The diagnostic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:the detection rates of benign masses(inflammatory mass,breast hyperplasia,breast fibroma,cyst and papilloma)and malignant masses(intraductal carcinoma,papillary carcinoma,myeloid carcinoma,lobular carcinoma in situ and invasive carcinoma)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the imaging manifestations of malignant masses between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group weresignificantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of breast masses.It can effectively distinguish benign from malignant,and provide an important reference basis for later treatment.It is worthy of research and promotion.
