摘要
煤泥输送是资源化利用中的重要环节之一,准确测定煤泥膏体的流变特性及获取流变参数,对煤泥输送管道的设计及输送过程的控制至关重要。目前国内外测定煤泥膏体流变特性的方法主要有管流法和旋转法2大类。系统地介绍了这2种主流方法的测试原理,在分析煤泥理化特性的基础上,分别就测定原理、测试装置、测试方法、测定参数及测定结果等进行了分析比较。
Coal slime transportation is an important link in resource utilization,accurately measuring the rheological properties of slime paste and obtaining rheological parameters are crucial to the design of slime transportation pipelines and the control of the transportation process.At present,the methods for measuring the rheological properties of coal slime paste at home and abroad mainly include pipe flow method and rotating method.The testing principles of the existing two mainstream methods were systematically introduced,and based on the analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of coal slime,the testing principle,device,method,parameters and results were analyzed and compared.
