摘要
社会养老保险是我国社会保障制度的重要组成部分,更是体现国民幸福及经济发展能力的强力指标。随着社会发展和人口老龄化问题的出现,如何保障更多老年人晚年的幸福生活,不再仅仅是一个家庭问题,而更多的成为整个社会都需关注的问题。笔者通过研判我国现行养老保险制度,从企业角度出发,提出了针对性的优化对策,以期为企业和养老保险事业发展提供科学依据。
Social pension insurance is an important part of China’s social security system,and a strong indicator of the national happiness and economic development capacity.With the social development and population aging,how to guarantee the happy life of more elderly people in their later years is no longer just a family issue,but more of a social issue that the public are concerned about.The article examines the current pension insurance system in China and puts forward targeted optimization countermeasures from the perspective of enterprises to provide a scientifi c basis for the development of enterprises and pension insurance business.
