口腔癌术后局部放疗5年后患者下颌磨牙拔牙区软硬组织增量手术改善种植条件(附1例报告) 被引量:1

Soft and hard tissues augmentation in mandibular molar site of a patient receiving local radiotherapy for oral cancer 5 years ago:a case report

摘要 软硬组织增量手术常用于改善种植条件,如牙槽嵴保存术、游离龈移植术等可用于维持或创造良好的软硬组织轮廓,避免后期进行复杂的增量手术,降低种植手术难度。对于口腔局部放疗患者而言,能否通过这些简便、创伤小的增量技术创造利于种植治疗的基础条件,是特殊人群种植治疗值得关注的问题。文章展示了1例口腔局部放疗患者微创拔牙、牙槽嵴保存术和游离龈移植术改善种植位点局部软硬组织条件的全过程,种植修复后取得了良好的治疗效果,为口腔癌术后放疗患者行种植治疗及相关软硬组织增量手术提供了经验。 Soft and hard tissues augmentation is often used to improve local conditions for implant therapy,such as alveolar ridge preservation and free gingival graft,which may help to avoid complex augmentation process and reduce the difficulty of implant therapy.It is noteworthy that whether these simple and minimally invasive augmentation technologies can create favourable condition for implant therapy in patients receiving local radiotherapy.This article illustrated the whole process of atraumatical tooth extraction,alveolar ridge preservation and free gingival graft to improve the soft and hard tissues of implant site in a patient experiencing oral and maxillofacial local radiotherapy.Satisfactory effect was obtained after implant restoration.This case provided clinical experience for implant therapy and related soft and hard tissue augmentation surgery in patients who underwent local radiotherapy.
