基于瑞雷波无损检测技术的湖堤大道拼宽路基质量评价研究 被引量:4

摘要 路基不均匀沉降控制是高速公路拼宽工程质量的关键,湖堤大道临湖一侧存在滩涂软弱土,增加了沉降控制难度,因此采用搅拌桩对新老路堤及软土进行加固。为确保工程质量,采用瑞雷波法对拼宽路基深层土体压密效果进行快速无损检测,通过波速-深度曲线获取不同位置土体。对新路基、老路基、拼宽段路基沿行车方向和垂直于行车方向进行路基填筑均匀程度分析,分析结果表明:新路基、老路基、拼宽段路基填筑状况差异不大,波速范围一致,路基总体填筑均匀。拼宽段路基因位于新老路基搭接处,既有老路基又有新路基导致的在路基深度大于3m时瑞雷波波速明显增大。 The uneven settlement control of subgrade is the key to the quality of the expressway widening project.There is some soft soil of mudflat on the side near the lake of the land embankment avenue,which increases the difficulty of settlement control.Therefore,mixing piles are used to strengthen the new and old embankments and soft soil.In order to ensure the project quality,the quick non-destructive testing is carried out on the compaction effect of the deep soil mass of the widening subgrade by using the Rayleigh wave method,and the soil at different positions is obtained through the wave velocity-depth curve.The subgrade filling uniformity of new subgrade,old subgrade and widening section subgrade is analyzed along and perpendicular to the driving direction.The analysis results show that:the filling conditions of new subgrade,old subgrade and widening section subgrade are not different,the wave velocity range is the same,and the subgrade is filled evenly as a whole.The subgrade at the widening section is located at the overlap of the new and old subgrade,which is caused by both the old subgrade and the new subgrade.When the subgrade depth is greater than 3m,the Rayleigh wave velocity is increased significantly.
