摘要
心房颤动的现代医学治疗可缓解其临床症状,但伴随高风险、高复发和预后不良等问题。张军平教授认为心房颤动本于脾肾,发于心脉,扰于邪风,气机失司,起病隐匿,发病突然,且病邪常伏于经脉皮骨之间,难以尽数祛除。结合心房颤动病机及证候演变规律,立足于风邪善行、易袭阳位等致病特点,将其分为隐匿期、发作期、迁延期,分期辨证遣方、整体施治,以期心悸得复,体用和合。
Modern medical treatment of atrial fibrillation can alleviate its clinical symptoms,but the accompanying high risk,high recurrence and poor prognosis continue to plague clinical practice.Professor ZHANG Jun-ping believes that atrial fibrillation is caused by spleen and kidney,which is caused by heart attack,invasion by wind pathogen,loss of order of vitality,hidden onset,sudden onset,and disease evil often lies between the meridians,which is difficult to expel.Combining the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation and the evolution of its symptoms,the disease is divided into insidious,episodic and prolonged periods according to the characteristics of wind pathogen which is good at flowing,changing and attacking the yang position.Syndrome differentation,prescription and overall treatment by stages,so as to recover heart beat normally and restore health.
