摘要
分析了整车机械阻力的构成,并以某一款A级车为例,进行了底盘的设计优化和转鼓测试验证,分析优化效果。整车机械阻力下降11 N,WLTC工况综合100 km油耗下降0.11 L。
In this paper,the composition of the mechanical resistance of the whole vehicle is analyzed.Taking an A-class vehicle as an example,the chassis design optimization and dynamometer test verification were carried out.For the optimization effect,as the mechanical resistance of the whole vehicle decreased by 10 N,the WLTC fuel consumption decreased by about 0.11 L.
