摘要
人口老龄化的加剧,使老年人慢性病的患病率不断增加,疾病管理自我效能作为启动和维持健康行为的重要决定因素受到广泛重视。本文从自我效能的概念及内涵、慢性病老年人疾病管理自我效能的评估工具、研究现状、影响因素、干预措施进行综述,以期为我国老年人慢性病管理研究提供循证依据,为提升老年人慢性病管理能力的提前干预提供参考。
With the intensification of population aging,the prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly continues to increase.And self-efficacy of disease management,as an important determinant of initiating and maintaining healthy behaviors,has also received extensive attention.This article reviews the concept and connotation of self-efficacy,the evaluation tools,research status,influencing factors and intervention measures of self-efficacy of disease management in the elderly with chronic diseases,in order to provide evidence-based basis for early intervention to improve the management ability of chronic diseases in the elderly.
