摘要
管片拼装机是盾构机的重要组成部分,一般采用液压驱动,其动态特性及控制性能直接决定盾构机的施工效率和安全。负载口独立控制是液压领域中一种新型控制技术,其基本原理在于液压控制回路中的进油口和出油口相互独立调节,增加控制自由度,提高系统的控制性能。分析了负载口独立控制双阀芯比例多路阀的结构及工作原理,总结了负载口独立控制系统的工作模式、特点与优势,试验验证了流量压力复合控制功能。测试了负载口独立控制在盾构机管片拼装机中的定位及微动控制性能,试验表明负载口独立控制液压系统满足管片拼装机的平稳和高精度控制施工要求。
Segment erector is an important part of shield tunnel machine,and is generally driven by hydraulic.Its dynamic characteristics and control performance directly determine the construction efficiency and safety of shield machine.Independent metering control is a new control technology in the hydraulic field.The oil inlet and outlet in the hydraulic control circuit are adjusted independently of each other to increase the control freedom and improve the control performance of the system.The structure and working principle of double spool proportional multi-channel valve by independent metering control were analyzed.The working mode,characteristics and advantages of independent metering control system were summarized.The compound control function of flow and pressure were tested.The positioning and micro motion control performance of independent metering control in the segment erector of shield machine was tested.The results showed that the independent metering hydraulic control system met the construction requirements of stable and high-precision control of segment erector.
